Nominated Manager Responsible for rail safety
Management Representative for Quality for all sites, Aviation, Rail and Marine
Document all processes in the company
Audit all sites in South Africa for compliance to all legislation, regulations and standards for SHREQ
Complete safety risk assessments for all operations
Chair annual Management Review meetings for all ISO9001 certified sites
Complete and maintain all applications for system licensing or renewal of annual permits
Assist some private operators with safety management systems and railway permit applications

Where do you see God's grace in your work?
By giving me the responsibilities I have on a daily basis around the country. I do not fully understand how I got this position but just do as God leads. God has also blessed me with a great wife and children.
How do you witness in the work life?
Maintaining good relationships with all employees and customers with integrity. Speaking about God’s goodness when conditions are appropriate.
